Azaarlive is an independent simulator/prototype and is NOT an official Azar application.

Azaarlive is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Azar or Hyperconnect. The name "Azaarlive" is used for descriptive purposes as a simulator inspired by the Azar platform concept, but the application is a standalone educational/demonstration project.

2. License & Use

By downloading and using Azaarlive, you agree to use it solely for lawful, non-deceptive, and non-harmful purposes. You may not:

Represent the app as an official Azar product
Use the app to impersonate, deceive, or harass others
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or proprietary content
Redistribute or rebrand the app without explicit permission

3. Simulator-Only Experience

Azaarlive is a simulator and does not provide:

Real person-to-person matching or connections
Real video or audio calling
Real messaging or communication with other users
Account creation or user data storage

All profiles, rooms, messages, and calls are simulated using demo data within the app.

4. Third-Party Services

Azaarlive includes third-party ad services (AppLovin MAX, Google Mobile Ads). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

Azaarlive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app is a simulator for demonstration purposes and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Use is at your own discretion.

Azaarlive developers, creators, and distributors shall not be liable for:

Loss of data, interrupted service, or app malfunction
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Claims related to third-party content or services

7. Future Real Features

If social, messaging, payment, or other sensitive features are added in a future version:

New Terms of Service and Community Guidelines will be published
Moderation, reporting, and blocking tools will be available
User safety policies will be enforced
You will be informed of these changes before using the new features
